Bridget Jones Diary

Bridget was a woman who liked to drink and smoke. She had all
bad habits that men would hate. And she was fat. She faced an
embarrassed question when she went to the New Year Party that was,
"How was your love life? " Bridget was a little too pride to face
this question. I don't know if she was unwilling to face the truth
that she couldn't make date with a man or she really didn't care
such kinds of love affairs. Whatever she thought, she had the love
story in the next coming year.
Bridget's boss, Daniel Cleaver, was a playboy. He Liked to trace
any advantages things, so this time he dicided to date with Bridget.
Instead of really like her, he just want the fresh feeling. Because
Bridget didn't contact with many men, she fell in love with Daniel
very quickly.
Mark Darcy was a lawyer. He was Bridget's playmate when they
were all very little, but they had no keep in touch with each other for
a long time. The day they met many years later was not great. Mark
Darcy didn't like the woman likes to smoke like Bridget. But a few
accidents happened later, actually made them change the feelings of
each others'.
I like the story very much, and because I had seen the movie
before, when I read the book, it was more and more easily. My
sister told me that its' story was very like Pride and Prejudice.
Maybe Helen Fielding was truely imitating Pride and Prejudice, because
she used a lot of the same story, included Darcy was mistaked by the
actress; however, I still be attracted by the modern elements she used
in Bridget Jone's Diary. Bridget represents a common woman in the
currnent world. She liked to drink and smoke which were a bad habit.
She worked in a place where the boss was a little looked down to the
woman. Daniel kept mentioning Bridget's short skirt that I think
was a discrimination to the woman. And when the Bridget dicided to
lieve the original work place, I think she realized that she had to
be no longer his boss's toy, but a independent woman. "Because I
don't want to see you." was the reason of resignation she gave to Daniel
which was a very pwerful sentence to block Daniel's mouth.
Bridget was a common woman. Although she got her own love with
Mark Darcy in the story finally, the author, Helen, actually suggests
us not to be the woman like Bridget Jones in the beginning of the novel.
I consider the author wrote the novel because she wants to remind of
people in the world a few things. First, drinks and smokes are bad
habits. Second, it's important to find the truth from many directions,
but not listen to one person's talk and make the mistake to the other one.
Last, we had to be ourselves, instead of being the person who people
want us to be. Just to be who we are.

No, You don't need to resend. Actually, there are more mistakes than those highlighted. Read through your own writings and improve on them--not just finding spelling and grammar mistakes. Sometimes, by reading through your own work, you will find better ways to express what you want to say.
