Robinson wanted to have some adventure though his father hoped that he could take over his business. He wanted to travel so when his friend offered an opportunity he accepted it. They were head to London. Robinson never travel by ship, he felt ill soon. Though they run into a storm, they still arrived in London luckily. He stayed in London and became a merchant. He sold things he brought with and made a fortune.

But he was not that luck this time. Their ship was chased by pirate and everyone was hurt or killed or capture by the pirate. The caption of the pirate captured Robinson and brought him back to his house. Robinson hoped to escape but he found no opportunity. Finally he had a chance and he escaped successfully. And he was rescued by a caption of a ship which was set for Brazil. After they arrived in Brazil, Robinson asked the caption to help him get the money he had saved in London back. And he started to run his own business in Brazil again.

But at his third voyage, their ship was overturned by the strong storm. He woke up in a small island and found that there was no other in this island. He had to live on his own. He investigated the whole island and found that it was isolated. Upset to know that, he still started to build a place to live, and though how to stay alive.
